Residential Preventative Maintenance
Residential PM one visit..........$79.00 per system. Standard filter included.
Residential PM two visits........$145.00 per system Standard filter included.
Residential PM's consist of a 60 point check including: cleaning condenser coils, checking all electrical components, refrigerant levels and replacing standard return air filters (any speciality filters will be an additional charge). Any problems found with the system will be noted on the service ticket and any repairs will be discussed with the customer before repairs are made.
Commercial Preventative Maintenance
There are many types of Commercial Equipment. We will be glad to come onsite to evaluate your equipment free of charge and will develop a custom maintenance program for your needs.
